FieldNote turns a post-shift brain-dump into a PHECC-compliant portfolio.

Pre-hospital practitioners in Ireland need 12 patient contacts and a handful of reflective practices each year to stay PHECC-compliant—but after a 12-hour shift, the last thing you want is more paperwork.

Who this is for

For PHECC-registered EMTs, paramedics, and advanced paramedics who know their portfolio needs work and never quite find the time.

How it works

Capture: Record a voice note after the call, type it up during downtime—whatever fits your day.Structure: The AI structures it, tracks it, and flags the calls worth turning into reflective practices.Portfolio: Patient contacts take seconds. Reflections write themselves.
